To accommodate our growth we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Product Specialist Nephroflow for the Benelux region.

About the Role

As a Product specialist Nephroflow, you are the primary point of contact for our Benelux customers during the implementation projects and in the context of major upgrades of the Nephroflow software. In this role, you perform the initial onboarding of customers, actively manage the project and assure a successful implementation of the software. You will report to the Country Manager Benelux and will work closely together with the Digital Solutions team to improve the product and identify new opportunities based on lessons learned during the projects. At the end of each project, you ensure a smooth transition of the customer to the support team.


What you'll do
  • Onboarding new customers including:
    • Executing a Fit/ GAP analysis
    • Project planning & management
    • Coordinating technical tasks performed by (dialysis) technicians
    • Providing training to end users
    • Providing guidance before, during and after go-live
  • Creating and providing trainings in the context of software updates
  • Working in close collaboration with product management by providing feedback about new opportunities
  • Account management:
    • Visiting existing customers
    • Evaluation of customer satisfaction
    • Identifying upselling opportunities
    • Providing 1st line support of both functional and technical issues
  • The employee performs all tasks in accordance with ISO quality and JSOX requirements, whilst always taking Nipro values into account
What you'll need
  • You hold a Bachelor degree in nursing, business administration, marketing, or computer science, and 3+ years of experience in an similar role (e.g. business analyst, functional analyst, marketing research, UX researcher,…)

  • You take initiative and proactively reach out to others when needed.
  • You work smart by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and planning well in order to produce quality work.
  • You are an independent thinker who is naturally inquisitive.
  • You can clearly separate problems from solutions.
  • You have an affinity with software development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the hospital sector or the medical landscape is a plus.
  • Excellent command in English and French is required, additional languages are a plus
